Hi Komal, 

Thanks for your time for posting your query on PSC. 

Basically, whatever the DB you are using for Pega platform the same should be supported for Pega Marketing. As Pega Marketing is installed on top of Pega platform.  For MSSQL there is a limitation of 10GB. 

As per the installation guide - Page 8
Oracle, 
MS SQL,
PostgreSQL,
IBM DB2
