Please confirm if Pega Platform 7.31 compatibility with pega marketing 7.13?

The Prerequisites states this:
- Pega 7.1.9 or higher is installed and verified.
- The highest Pega 7 Ruleset Version is 07-10-99

That combination is not supported. You will need to upgrade Pega Marketing 7.31.

Thanks for the info. We recently upgraded to pega 7.31 and we are in PM version 7.13 now. we should upgrade it to PM 7.22 prior to PM7.31.
The problem\issue(not real problem) that we are facing now is we could not open any marketing(rule no longer exist) rule(PM 7.13) after pega 7.31 upgrade?
shall we expect this issue(rule no longer exist) will be resolved after migrating PM 7.22 ? or it would be resolved only after PM 7.31

It is best that you investigate why marketing rules are not visible before the next upgrade because if the application can't see rules, it will likely not upgrade them. Reasons its not seeing rules is potentially because application stack/ruleset versions are not correct so review that.

Hi Saleem,
I will explain the scenario of our application now.
Our application was using pega 7.1.9 and PM 7.13. We upgraded pega to pega 7.31 and were checking the marketing rules(treatment,output DBtemplates) if all looks good.
And, we found that some of marketing rules were not opening(rule - no longer exist). so, we suspect that pega 7.31 with PM 7.31.
is it an issue to be addressed or we can proceed with PM 7.22 and followed by 7.31 and rules will work after PM 7.31?
