Possible to send out Flash SMS? and how to configure it?
Hi,
1) Is it possible to send out Flash SMS with Chordiant Marketing Director? If yes, how can I configure VenvSMSDataCodingScheme to take in "F0" (Hex) in Vantage.init so that the system can interpret it and communicate with SMSC?
2) Is it possible to send out using Pega Marketing? Please share the configuration steps.

Class 0 (Flash message) message require Data coding scheme (DCS) to be set to 24. In Chordiant Marketing Director, DCS can be controlled using Vantage.init parameter VenvSMSDataCodingScheme.
Thus, you can set VenvSMSDataCodingScheme to 24 to match your requirement.
Class 0 (Flash message) messages are not tested and not certified. We have performed minimal testing to send class 0 messages by setting VenvSMSDataCodingScheme to 24 using SMPP protocol.
