Do we require Pega Chat Server Installation on Premises for Demo?
We are working on Pega Customer Service Demo for a customer.
Web Chat is one of the requirements from the customer.
It is required to set up a Pega Chat Interaction with Customer Service application.
We have Pega Customer Service Set up but for enabling Pega Chat feature it requires Pega Chat Server Interaction .
Should we request a media for to Install a on premises Pega Chat Server ? Is there a Cloud Solution that can be used by partners for Demo?

check this link: https://collaborate.pega.com/question/pegachat-ux-changes. Also I believe we do have a cloud solution but Dan Shipper owns the product area, he should be able to point you to the right direction.
