Distribution Test with volume constraint not working in pega 8.4

Hello,

We tried to run a distribution test using volume constraint and it failed with below error

Failed to apply volume constraint. Review and update the campaign to resolve the issue and re-run the distribution test.

I tried to analyze the issue from my side and I found that we have a function in pega ApplyProgressiveOptimization  which is responsible for applying volume constraint but I could see some exception in this function in logs as below:
