My client request to have Volume constraint (VC) for specific action and channel for the different reset intervals. For Example for Standard Card, it should have VC for Push channel 1000 daily and 10000 weekly.
So, I tried in the Pega enablement environment, but it gave an error message as below
Do you know how to satisfied the requirement? or do you have best practice explanation why this is not configurable?

The validation message in the screenshot is expected behavior. Configuring the same constraint criteria with a different interval is not supported. In your example, configuring the daily limit of 1000 will also keep the number of Actions below your weekly requirement. So, my recommendation is to configure the daily only.
