Unable to create volume constraint rule in pega marketing

Hello,

I am unable to create volume constraint rule in pega MArketing 8.4

Error Message: do not have sufficient privileges to create rule of type Rule-obj-VolConstraintGrp.

Please find the error attached

Can anyone please guide me on this?

@TaniyaD3 , It looks like your rights are not allowing an operation.  There is not enough information here to help you further, so there are two options to consider:

1. Review with your administrator if your operator and access group have the correct privileges.  

2. Open a support incident so they can investigate what rights you are missing.
