Deleting specific cases
Hi,
I have an requirement in which i want to delete some specific cases with all the data related to it, like Attachments, links, assignments and correspondence emails.
Can any one suggest the best approches for it.

Thanks for your suggestion,but purge/archive will delete all the workobjects from the tables and my requirement is to delete specific cases only not all.
Do we have any option to do it,please advise.

Well,
I don't know if we an Out-Of-The-Box mechanism to this. Firstable because we rarely delete WorkObjects and also because from a customer to another many things could be added to a case.
So are you talking about launching an activity to do this like in Production for example or are you having direct access to the database instances to do it like in Dev environment.

I don't think we have OOTB, if you want to delete you have to delete everything seperately.
i,e delete attachments related to case from link-attachment as well as work-attach-file tables.
cases from work table etc.
