pyCommitError - only for specific Cases
Hi There, we are getting the pyCommitError ** there was a problem saving a instance of class : Error Code <none> SQL state <none> Message<none>.
while trying the save or submit the case. our app is based on CPM framework (6.3 SP1), and this error is getting faced only by few users / user's cases. We had validated the issue test environment but it looks fine there.
Please anyone advice me on this if you had faced the same issue and what you had done to solve this issue. also please give me the background of the issue why it throws only on few cases.

Rajiv Nistala I could not get the log files on this.
But we had find the root cause as since some users inputs the values for fields in cases which had exceeded the Column size defined in database table. there is no error on this now, as users input value size is kept limited.
