pyCommitError while commitWithErrorHandling called

While deleting history records from interaction table, activity calls commitWithErrorHandling

The records gets deteled from the table and saved to backup table but in the logs we are getting FATAL ERROR.

FATAL - .pyCommitError: ** Save, Delete or Commit has failed because lock "HISTORY-AB-WXYZ-QR-WORK-INTERACTION AB-WXYZ-QR-WORK-INTERACTION I-20150318-3!20150319T151253.000 GMT" is not held

This error is coming up everytime when a case history is deleted.After investigation it was found that the entry on which the lock is missing is not present in tables

HISTORY-AB-WXYZ-QR-WORK-INTERACTION AB-WXYZ-QR-WORK-INTERACTION I-20150318-3!20150319T151253.000 GMT is not a present in interaction table.

Hi Parvathy,

Could you please confirm the Pega and CS version at your end?

Also, please attach the tracer logs when you are trying to perform the deletion, along with screenshots showing how you have configured the delete option.
