Approach for deleting other application rules from our application specific schema
We were using a common schema for all pega applications specific to each Pega versions like (7.1.5,6.3).
Recently as part of our organization initiative some applications were moved out from pega but still their rules are sustained in that schema. We want to do a db clean up to increase performance of our application.
Is there any utility or wizard to remove other applications from our schema?

Hi Sowmya,
Currently they is no wizard or one click solution for cleaning up all the rules related to the application.
You may need to do below actions:
1. Delete Application record.
2. Delete Rulesets of that application
3. Delete related accessgroups
4. And corresponding organizational records.

Hello Soumya, adding to Sreepriya, The below are the rules added the your designer studio in the new application context, we need to delete all these one by one.
we have delete ruleset wizard which will delete all the Versioned rules and before that i suggested go and use delete class wizard and then use the delete ruleset wizards, this will clean the maximum records.
After creating a new application the below things will takes place..

Creates the new application
Creates a new application skin that inherits from the selected theme skin
Copies the application guides, support specification types, and business objectives from the template to the new application
Clones selected case types
Links requested data types
Clones roles associated with access groups for the new application (User4, WorkMgr4, SysAdm4)
Creates new access groups from the access groups associated with the template application
Creates the demonstration users defined by the template.
