Customize the Key that will be displayed in Recents
I have a requirement to customize the value that is displayed in Recents.
By default Recent panel displays the CaseID.
Is it possible to change this to another field by using the OOTB feature in PEGA?

@JasmineC4252 Did you try updating the "pyAddRecentListItem" this rule is available in Rule-, Work-, Data- if you are trying to customize it for specific work layer you can over ride into the specific class and customize according to your requirements.

@JasmineC4252 Yes you can customize the label.
Just customize to set the required property value. For example: In our project we did a save as of the section pega uses to show recents, put a defer load on dynamic layout and called an activity to set the label to display
