Customize the data and label that are displayed on the recent items list - Theme Cosmos
I have a requirement where I need the value from properties, instead of case ID in the pyDisplayRecents of the user portal. We have a section called pyRecentWorkContent which is showing the recent cases . The issue is the recent cases are coming from a Data page called Declare_pxRecents which is having an Activity as a data source and inside that activity there is some code has been written. I even tried to change the data source to report definition but that is not working for me. Can someone help me out with the requirement?
We are using 8.8.2 version of application type Theme-Cosmos 04.02 and haven't find any helpful article on this issue.
The snapshot has been attached of the portal where I need to implement the use case.

@NooruddinN To modify the pyDisplayRecents section to show property values instead of case IDs, you can follow these steps:
1. Open the pyRecentWorkContent section in your application.
2.Locate the part of the section that displays the case ID (usually using .pyID property).
3. Replace the .pyID property with the desired property you want to display (e.g., .PropertyName).
4. Save the changes to the section. Please note that the Declare_pxRecents data page is populated by an activity, and changing the data source to a report definition might not work as expected. You may need to customize the activity or create a new data page with a report definition as the data source to fetch the required properties.
Remember to test your changes thoroughly to ensure the desired outcome is achieved.
