CTI support for Aways AES 8.1.3 - Read SIP header and extract the caller CTI data from UUI field

Hello ,

Our Voice Team is planning for Avaya AEP upgrade 

Below is the details from our Voice team 

AES version for  will remain AES 8.1.3 same after the upgrade .

Question from our Voice team is : Can Pega read a SIP header to extract the caller CTI data that is currently in the UUI field. 

Please let us know if you need more information , or have some specific questions.
