Pega 8.1.3 installation issue

While trying to install Pega8.1.3, installation is always stopping at the below step. I tried installing many times by clearing the schema but installer is stopping at the same step. Anyone faced the same issue ?

This is likely due to the fact that your laptop (where you ran the installer) is not co-located with your db server. Try to run the installer on a machine within the same subnet of the db server.

 Thanks Kevin..I tried running the installer from a machine with in the same subnet of dbserver and I am able to proceed with installation.

We have just hit the same problem. Installer hangs and does not continue. Upon cancelling the install then the following appears in the error tab...
