Session Timeout on Pega 8.1.3
Hi,
Currently I'm using PRPC 8.1.3 and seems that when I'm idle for a certain time, the screen becomes unresponsive. We would like an auto direct to the login screen. How can I achieve this functionality?
Is it possible to autodirect to Login Screen when user is idle for a certain period of time?

Hi Andi,
You can try the below options for timeout:
1. you can try adding authentication timeout in access group and check the functionality.
2. you can create your own custom timeout using pxsessionTimer which will you give customize log off and it would give you better log off screen.Session Timeout can be done on the advance tab of access group or in portal rule using pxSessionTimer. you can follow the the below link to implement the same.

The second option is recommended to get the better logoff screen.
