Connection to localhost:5432 refused. Check that the hostname and port are correct and that the postmaster is accepting TCP/IP connections.

I have downloaded the Pega 7.3 zip

I tried to install the software , It gave this error while installation.

1. There is no space in my installation directory

2. Tried to switch off the firewall and tried installation .

Can some one help me on this

Tomcat doesn't seem to be able to connect to the database and the port is the likely suspect.

The TCP/IP connection to the host <db_servername>,  port 1433 has failed after upgrading to Pega 07-10-20
