Configuring IVR-IVA Channel
I am not able to add IVR-IVA channel, when i am attempting its saying Rule set version is locked even though application has open ruleset version.
What are all the configurations should be taken before creating an IVR-IVA channel

@Himabindu09 Pega 8.5 Healthcare has bug, not able to create an IVRIVA channel where as in CS it worked.
