Hi All !
I'm facing one issue !!!
Whenever I try to send a email using correspondence "com.pega.com.integrationcore.client.email.EmailClientException" this type of exception i'm getting randomly sometime not!! sometime working after few minutes! .can someone help me to find the route cause of this ??

Are you using your own custom Email account rule? It seems like the authentication credentials are expired/wrong, but that should make the process fail everytime. Did any upgrade happen recently? Was there any changes done from the network side like firewall update, whitelisting etc?

@SohamM95 Thanks for the reply. this is not happening. every time. randomly I'm getting this error. I was checked the email configuration settings. seems like there is no issue.

from where we can handle this kind of information missing.
