Pega Email bot 7.4 version
Hi,
How to map incoming email entities to the case properties. In Pega 8.x we have this option in Behaviour tab, but how to achieve this in Pega 7.4 version.

In email listener method rule (service email rule-type) under request type you can define your email mapping details.. After you completed the mapping, all those values will be available in your listener activity. In listener activity you can build your logic for storing the values inside case..

But in my scenario, am using RUTA scripts to parse the content of email body and map it case properties. With above approach entire email body will be mapped, so above solution will not work.
For example, below is the email content, then am using Text analyser to parse the Account Number, Address, Case ID and map it to case properties
Account Number: 123458
Address: NSW
Case ID: ABC-123
