using OCR in email channel
Hi,
We have an email channel configured which is using a predictive model for topic detection. We also have configured a number of models for entity detection. Now we have enable the option to also analyse the email attachments (from the email channel) for detecting the topics and/or entities.
My question is how to use OCR in a cloud environment (pega cloud) to detect the topic in PDF and image attachments. I was not able to find a page explaining this functionality. Is there a document available with some guidance how to implement this functionality?

@NaelP024 Additional OCR component packaged to be deployed and include your application. Its utilized the email channel process for analyzing the attachment base on the email channel configuration.

@Nadimuthu T thanks for the post, I have seen the link you mentioned, but this is for a on premise installation. Our Pega enironment is running on PegaCloud, Is ABBYY FineReader 12 application installed in the cloud environment (Linux server)?
