"Case XXX-123 already open" message popped up while opening a case from notification bell icon.
unwanted "Case XXX-123 already open" message popped up while opening a case from notification bell icon, while case is not exactly opened in back end also there is no lock by the user.
This behavior is observed only in case manager portal , not in case worker portal. Not sure how Pega ootb behavior differs in between 2 different portal, If anyone faced similar issue and got any fix for this ,please share your views.
I have checked few similar post in different scenario (use of script) but that didn't help to get rid of the alert when open the case from notification bell icon.
