Case does not get pulled from Workbasket to Worklist. Is this expected behaviour in Pega 7.1.9?
Hi,
I just noticed that when a user logs in and opens a case from his Workbasket, performs some task and saves and closes the case, the case is not being pulled from the Workbasket to his Worklist. In this scenario, he does not move away from the present assignment. When he logs in again at the later point of time, he finds the case in the Workbasket and not in his Worklist.
In the versions previous to Pega 7, it used to get pulled from the Workbasket to Worklist. I'm using Pega version 7.1.9. Is this the expected behavior in this version? Please let me know.

Hi Praveen,
If the user clicks on a workbasket assignment, fills out the form a bit and saves it but does not submit (advance the flow), then the assignment remains in the workbasket.
We can implement your requirements in 2 ways:
1) In pre-activity of flow action, call MoveToWorklist activity which
will move case to current users worklist (you may add some pre conditions if required).
2) In perform default activity, call MoveToWorklist activity which will move case to current users worklist (you may add some pre conditions if required like particular workbasket etc..).

Hi Praveen,
Is this a fresh installation of Pega 7.1.9 or an upgrade?
Also for routing the case to the Worklist are you using an OOTB activity or a custom activity.

This is a fresh installation of Pega 7.1.9 and we are running our project in Pega cloud. And for routing I'm using the Pega OOTB ToWorkbasket activity.
Please find the assignment configuration screenshot attached for your reference.

Hi Evita,
Thanks for your response, it was helpful. If I am not wrong, the previous versions of Pega (prior to 7), the Case gets pulled from Workbasket to Worklist as soon as any User opens it. Please confirm if you are aware about this behaviour.
