There is no tab called "Details" in the PEGA 7.1.9?
In SAE1 exercise, the SLA is updated for the Candidate case using the tab "Details" in the case designer. The details tab is not available in PEGA 7.1.9 version how to set SLA at case level.
Please someone help me on this.

SLA can be invoked in two ways,
a) Work Object level
b) Flow level
Please do correct me if i am wrong

To set the goal and Deadlines for a particular case, please click on the suitcase icon present on the right side of the case. You will find Goals & Deadlines link. Click on it. Enable the checkbox for Consider goals and deadline. You will find a screen with the settings.
