Hi,
You can drill down a report definition only if you have any summarized column .
Then you can go to the ReportViewer tab and give the custom drilldown report according to your logic .

I have the summarized column and my pie chart is generated perfectly. On click of each pie section, it show display the corresponding data. How can I achieve that?

The click on the summarized column records in the report viewer is automatically translated to an additional filter condition to be applied to your drill down report. Your drill down report should have the right columns in the properties to be retrieved (SELECT fields).

- I believe the behavior is working as expected
- there is a user story/feature implementation in future release.
- drill down option Does not work when embedded in a portal.
- as a work-a-around, would it be convincing to add a custom button with onClick configuration to execute the report definition opening the report browser in new window.
- or browsing the data via OOTB menu...

For ease, summarize a report definition. And save-as pyDefaultReport mentioned above and add what columns details you want to see. And then use this new report definition instead of pyDefaultReport.
