Has screen capture been fixed for direct feedback in Pega 7.1.9?

Has screen capture been fixed for direct feedback in Pega 7.1.9? I read an article on the PDN that stated that as of version 7.1.7 screen capture was available only in the end user portals when using IE8 or IE9. The same article also mentioned that "Enhancement Request FDBK-9147 has been submitted to have this functionality reviewed in a future release". Here's the relevant article:

My question is, has there been any update on FDBK-9147, specifically in regards to application running on Pega 7.1.9?

I had a look into our internal portal and this enhancement does not look to be implemented yet. For more clarity, please reach out to your company's Account Executive who would be able to check directly with the Pega Product Management for you.
