After a Pega cloud security maintanance update, We had a problem with Pega cloud sending emails to our environment for correspondance during a workflow. It happened because Cloud team some missed updating some host entries.
As a result Manager's are seeing "Fix Correspondance" assignment in their worklist, when an correspondance email is not delivered.
Unfortunately by the time I as admin try to fix the correspondance(by rejecting it), some cases are resolved and I cannot fix the correspondance.
Though the case is resolved(Completed), the Manager still is seeing the correspondance assignment in his worklist.
