Case Count in Pega Cloud

Hi,

Is there anyway to report on the total number or Cases being created in Pega? I know this can be done at application level but i don't want to aggregate all the results across numerous applications.

Our requirement is to continually monitor usage against our Case count in Pega Cloud.

Hello,

If you have all applications in one DB, you can create a DB view which collects row totals from all applications work tables. And you can map the newly created DB view to your application (using a data class) for reporting needs with in your application context.
