How to capture case count (case usage) OOTB
Is there any OOTB way to capture count of cases created accurately based on date range

I'm not sure if there is an Out-Of-The-Box one existing but I think you can create a Report Definition based on your custom Work class and use pxCreateDateTime for the date range.

@MarcLasserre_GCS I have heard about some usage metrics about cases, feature usage being capture by Pega in Cloud env.
Any idea on capturing that in on-prem instances

Oh I'm not sure about that. I haven't seen such information on PDC for example sorry.
