Can not down load the Alert Log files with the 7.19 player

Folks, 

I am using the 7.19 player and can not down load the Alert Log files.   I am prompted for a UserName and Password.  

Question 1:  What is the UserName and Password ?

Question 2:  How is the access configured ?

You may need to supply the Tomcat username and password instead, which is admin/admin or admin/password, depending on which VM you are using.
