Can't drill down to individual alert in PLA 1.0.23

Hi, i am using PLA 1.0.23 to analyze Pega Alerts logs from a customer.

I normally use PLA for this, but when I use PLA 1.0.23 (using IE 11 or IE 10/9/8 emulators and no luck with Chrome or FF, either), I could not further drill down to each alert.

Is this a known issue? What is the work around?

Hi Chow,

 

Why cant you try using logviewer-2.0?

Hope that will help you to drill down to each alerts.
