Installing HCIF 7.21 and PCS 7.22 on V 7.19

Will there be any issue to install HCIF 7.21 and PCS 7.22 on pure vanilla version on V7.19?

PCS 7.22 was released on Pega 7.2.1 platform version. We have not tested it against the previous versions of the platform.
Few implications that I can think of. We have used the elastic search extensively for the search screens. Not sure if this works well in 7.1.9.
There will be UI distortions in 7.1.9 definitely as we used latest UI Kit available with 7.2.1.

It seems the HCIF 7.21 requires Pega 7.2.
