Date Mismatch in Pega 5.5 and and 7.19

In pega 5.5 application all front end dates are in PST time where as clipboard Dates are in GMT, but in 7.1 front end dates showing as GMT-8, ie If date in clipborad is 01312017000000GMT in front end it is 01302017. How to fix this?

When you say "front end" date, do you mean the datetime as seen in the UI?  If so, there are quite a few factors that determine the timezone used for the display. The locale, IE settings, operator timezone settings, calendar settings, etc, etc.  It is likely that this has gotten more complex in the move from 5.5 to 7.1.9.  I doubt it is an error -- you just need to investigate!
