Block Pega from reopening previous case on reconnection
Hi,
When a user close Pega with a case opened, Pega seems to remember this case and when he comes back, it will open the portal first, and then quickly reload the previous case.
We want to avoid reopening the previous case.
We didn't find any way yet. We did found this datapage: Declare_pyDisplay but clearing the content only avoid reloading opened rules in developer and express portals, not in user portals.
Any idea ?

Add the below DSS and set it to false:
session/ha/Enabled - fasle
OR
prconfig.xml -> <env name="session/ha/Enabled" value="false"/>

Hi,
Thanks for your proposition, but it doesn't work, at least without restarting the server. (I am a little confused with how much DYNAMIC system settings actually requires a restart of the platform, not so dynamic...)
Should I restart ?
But also this settings seems to be linked to High Availability, but I am not likely to desactivate such functions, would have other impacts I guess.
Also I am on Pega cloud if this can have any impact on the solution.

Also Pega-Engine • prconfig/session/ha/crash/recordworkinprogress/default is set to false, so HA should not be the one recovering the session

We need to know a few more details about your instance and an SR would probably be better avenue. The resolution of that SR can be posted back here as well - so this discussion will not be neglected.

@PaulGentile_GCS Do we have solution for this behaviour ? This is common behaviour from long time , most of the application users are use to such behaviour but as developer we should have control on what happens in UI of user portal. If you have SR raised for this , please share SR number
