reopen a withdrawn case
Is it possible to reopen a withdrawn case (in status Resolved-Withdrawn)? Thanks.

Yes, it's technically possible to reopen the cases with Resolved-******** status.
Work-.reopenWorkObject - reopens a work object that is in a resolved state.
ReopenCount - how many times you are reopening the case .

thanks, it works.
Actually it does not update case status, still Resolved-Withdrawn, and no record added to history log, seems nothing changed.
Next, we can use pxForceCaseClose to update its status e.g. to Resolved-Completed, then we can see the log added by reopenWorkObject, together those gen by pxForceCaseClose.

Actually, after Work-.reopenWorkObject, we simply call Commit then the reopen effect will be visible to use
