Bell Notification Pulse showing only after log out log in
Hello,
I am facing the following issue: I can see the notifications getting added properly into DB but the notification count in Red color is not reflecting real-time.
To see the bell icon with count in red of the notification I need to log-off and log-in otherwise it is not reflecting.
I already created the DSS prconfig/server-push/enabled/default and is set to true, but nothing has changed.
I really would appreciate some help.

Hi Giulia,
For the Pulse bell icon, we have the option of configuring notification settings. We can set the Case Type as well as the Generic Notification settings. Have you tried updating the notification settings and then check.
