How we can automatically approve using approve step through a SLA?
Ex:Enrollment is automatically approved after 8 hours, or within 2 days before the first wager tournament contest

I have created a SLA (ApproveSalesForDate) After the Deadline pass, i need to automatically approve the case and move to the next step(Offers). I did add the resumeFlow but that does not work

Hi @Eranda10274: You can use advance flow option in SLA actions. You need to give the name of flow action which need to be resumed / advanced (flow action from the current shape where the assignment is waiting). In this case if it is a simple approval, you need to use "pyApproval". Please look into the approval flow / use live UI for details.
