Unable to proceed to manger approval stage while testing.
I am currently doing the Business Architect essentials course and am facing a problem while progressing from the initial data capture phase of the exercize to the maanager approval stage , while transitioning to the manager approval stage in the excersize i get the error below.
Unable to open assignee's Data-Admin-Operator-ID record [email protected].

This is a bug in the instance.
Do the below to fix this issue -
- Open the Work Group Instance "default@TGB. (Navigation: Designer Studio - Records - Organization - Work Group)
- Check the value for "Manager" field. It should be [email protected] and error symbol may be shown against it.
- Change the "Manager" value to "admin@TGB".

Manager portals are default in pega. We will not find any issues while sending for approval. Will you attach some screenshots of the flow where you are routing and the error?

Thanks for the tip. I ran into the same issue while I was working thru the training today. I am wondering why this is not getting resolved - as a new user it is quite frustrating to run into such issues while at the same time trying to understand the product. First thought is I must have done something wrong...
