Unable to Proceed Pega 7.3 Personal Edition

Hi,

I am trying to install Pega 7.3 via Update_Setup.jar and could you please provide me help regarding databaseuser name ,Data base password,Rule schema name and data schema name .

I have my personal edition Pega 7.1 and not sure where can i get above details in order to proceed 7.3

Enclosed the screen shot along with this message.

As per my knowledge given user name and pwd given as "pega"

JDBC Driver Class name : org.postgresql.Driver

JDBC Driver JAr file : jar file and downloaded from site

Database JDBC URL : jdbc:postgresql://localhost:5432/dbName

Database user name : pega

Database pwd  pega

Rule scehema name : PegaRULES

Data schema name : PegaDATA
