Why Contact Policies are excluded when doing a Program Run Testing?
Hi Neeraj
Contact Policies need some additional information—the aggregated customer contacts per channel—which is available during a real Program-Run.
In a Program-run testing Seed List is the only source of input to the Strategy, which does not contain this additional information.
Hence we have to exclude Contact Policies when performing Program-Run Testing.
