Any better workaround in PEGA 8.3 for "'CreatePDF' Smart Shape generates PDF with grey background"

Want to understand if there is any better workaround or soulution for issue mentioned in below URL.

Hi,

Can you try this  :

  1. Go to the section which you are storing as PDF.
  2. Click on your layout. In General Tab,select container Format as Default .Do this for every layout if you have many layouts in that section

Submit and then try to create a PDF
