AES 7.1.7 node monitoring nodes on Pega 7.2
Hi All,
We've an AES 7.1.7 installation monitorin Pega 7.1.7 server. Yesterday we tried to configure AES to monitor our new Pega 7.2 instances.
We can see the nodes but their status is unknown and AES is not getting any alerts or exception.
We updated the Predictive Diagnostic Cloud url tried with both soap port and wcdefault port but it didn't work, also tried to update the prlogging.xml file but both changes made no difference.

AES 7.2 is the latest version of AES. Would it be possible to upgrade?
That said, AES 7.1.7 deployed on Pega 7.1.7 or beyond should be able to monitor nodes of Pega 7.2. You mention that the enterprise health, alerts and exceptions are not coming through. Please check if from the monitored node machine, you are able to use the URL provided in the PDC landing page and access it. Are there any errors seen in the log file of the monitored node?

We can't upgrade right now.
We can login to the AES server url which is defined in the PDC landing page.
No errors related with AES in the monitored node's log files.

Is this from the same machine where the monitored node of Pega 7.2 is hosted?

Can we check if there errors in parsing the alerts, exceptions and health messages on the AES server? Also, can check the data in the following tables
