ServiceLevelEvents agent not processing cases
The ServiceLevelEvents agent in Pega 8.6 is not processing cases. We have tried restarting the agent, but it still doesn't pick up any cases. No exceptions are visible in Admin Studio under the agent.
How can we debug the agent or check if there are any cases stuck in the queue that might be causing the issue?
Could someone suggest an approach to identify the root cause or possible fixes?
