Advanced agent unable to call Standard agent
I have two agents A(Adv) and B( Std) enabled in agent ruleset. Agent A should pickup automatically every 15 mins (900 secs), and Call Agent B which is enabled for every (30 secs). When the agent A is traced on its next runtime, which is running as expected and calling the second Agent B. Meanwhile When agent B is traced, it says there is no queue items to be traced.
But when the Agent A is ran manually, it calls the Agent B and it queues the data from Agent A to Agent B, upon tracing Agent B, it is working as expected.
I am not sure why this agent co-relation is not happening when iinst is Agent A is configured to pick up every 900 secs. Need some suggestions on this issue.

- Please check the access-group which you have provided in agent/agent schedule is having needed privilege to queue the request from advanced agent to standard agent when it is getting invoked.
- Please check in System-Queue-DefaultEntry table after advanced agent got executed, a new request entry is getting added. Pega will add a new entry in to this class whenever a new request is getting queued to standard agent by default.
- Additional to this check the broken item queue of standard agent also, whether while processing the request and exception occurs in standard agent.

@Gunasekaran Baskaran thanks for your inputs, we have already checked the above mentioned points.
There is a in the above situation. The agent activity is working as expected when the below changes are done at lower levels. We are planning to do the same at prod also.
1. Deferred is unchecked in all Queue for agent step and the Agent A is deployed to node for processing.
2. Deferred is checked in Queue for agent step of the main Activity A but introduced a commit step at last.
But, in production level, Defered is checked and no commit step is introduced. It still proceed 40 cases out of 130 cases as soon as the RAP file is deployed, post which it is not processing any qualified cases (90) cases.
Need to understand, how come only 40cases are processed out of 130 qualified cases. any inputs.
