Advanced agent unable to call Standard agent
I have two agents A(Adv) and B( Std) enabled in agent ruleset. Agent A should pickup automatically every 15 mins (900 secs), and Call Agent B which is enabled for every (30 secs). When the agent A is traced on its next runtime, which is running as expected and calling the second Agent B. Meanwhile When agent B is traced, it says there is no queue items to be traced.
But when the Agent A is ran manually, it calls the Agent B and it queues the data from Agent A to Agent B, upon tracing Agent B, it is working as expected.
I am not sure why this agent co-relation is not happening when iinst is Agent A is configured to pick up every 900 secs. Need some suggestions on this issue.
