Customer Profile Viewer Make decision doesn't show any decisioning

Screenshotafter adding customer id and view, in "next-best-action" tab when i click on "Make decison", there is no decision to display. But when i check from Trigger_NBA_Topleve and postman offers are coming, which means these are valid customer_id to get the offer

@SheetalN3046 , from the screenshot, it looks like this feature has been customized to include additional inputs. Did you make this change? You would need to ensure that these is nothing wrong with this customization.
