Campaign doesn't load completely
Dears,
In PROD Env,
1. When loading a campaign (Click on a campaign) it doesnt load completely and it takes very long time.
2. When doing a saveas of a campaign, the campaign doesnt completely load for further actions or it takes too much time. (please find screenshot attached)
Can any one suggest on things to check? Nothing in Pega Alert log, I believe it is with the VBD as campaigns are dependent on VBD? Thanks in advance
Please Note: It is normal in other ENV.
Pega Version : PRPC 7.1.9
Pega Marketing : 7.13

Hi,
The solution is to increase the VBD heap size. We have in IH_FACT table around 85Million records. For KPI, Campaign will load all the data in IH_FACT table and it ends up with above issues.
We had a SR with PEGA regarding same and the suggestion was to keep the IH_FACT table records to minimum or increase the VBD heap size accordingly. In our case, we foresee the records in IH_FACT table to increase to 200Million...So the recommendation was to have VBD heap size as 16GB for our requirement.

Additionally, I have found that pega is generating PEGA0031 alert during this run and the last step is as below. attached complete snapshot in PEGA0031 document.

Can you capture the pega tracer for this scenario, in order to identify the steps that are taking longer time?
