Custom section is not getting shown in chatbot window
Hi,
I have created a web chatbot and we have a casetype defined. I have configured a question rule and I am trying to display a section by trying Answer mode= custom section to represent the answer/question.
While used to represent the question , the custom section name is getting displayed in the chatbot
While using to represent the answer, the section content is not getting displayed in the chatbot
Can anyone please tell if its possible to display the section rule content in chatbot window.The section rule is getting loaded properly, only issue in loading inside chat window. Please help

@KeerthanaR1304 Section rules are not supported in the digital messaging channel. Images and certain attachments can however be sent using the conversation shape or paragraph rules.
