Has deployment manager chatbot been deprectated?

When trying to access help through deployment manager chatbot the basic pipeline configuration help link to "configure an application pipeline" supplies a link to https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/devops/86/configuring-application-pipeline-55x

however I get no information from that link and it gets redirected to the home page.
