Pega CSFS 7.4 to Pega 8.6.4 upgrade

Hi All -

We are are upgrading our cloud Pega 7.4 (with CRM stack) to Pega 8.6.4 version.
Our server details:
Azure cloud | PRPC-7.4.0 | Linux |Java 1.8 | Microsoft SQL Server |jboss

Our App stack contains below Pega OOTB framework apps:

PegaKM:07.40
CSFW:01.06.01
CustomerServiceForFS:07.40
CustomerService:07.40
PegaCRMBase:07.40
PegaDM:07.10
PegaPDFSImplementation:07.21
PegaPDFS:07.21
PegaFSIF:07.21
PegaRequirements:07.21
PegaAccounting:07.21
UIKit:11.01
PegaRULES:07.10

As we are upgrading to Pega 8.6.4 , we need the respective upgrade guides for each app and the order of the upgrades of apps mentioned above, any help is highly appreciated
