The Order of CSFS stack upgrade from 7.4 to 8.6.4
We are are upgrading our cloud Pega 7.4 (with CRM stack) to Pega 8.6.4 version.
Our server details: Azure cloud | PRPC-7.4.0 | Linux |Java 1.8 | Microsoft SQL Server |jboss Our App stack contains below Pega OOTB framework apps:

Whats the order we need to follow during our upgrade process ? (like which app/framework upgrade goes first, second, etc)

This is completely a new question and I would like to know the order of apps to be upgraded.

I am unable to find a definitive document which would help guide you through each stage. From other forum posts such as Upgrade Compatibility I am led to believe that these should be looked at on a case by case basis.
A starting reference would be Installing, patching, or updating Pega software
To complete your Pega Infinity update, after you update your Pega Platform software using the Pega Helm charts and Docker images, you must use the latest Pega application software update guide that is separate from Pega Platform software (eg Pega Foundation for Financial Services 8.6 Release Notes, Pega Foundation for Financial Services 8.6 Version Verification Tech Note) You can locate the appropriate update guide for your installed application from the page, All Products.
This would usually fall under the Professional Service umbrella as it would be best to evaluate upgrade effort based on complexity.
